Return & Refunds

Return Policy

Grocery items are non returnable due to the consumable nature of the products. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day return policy if damaged, defective or different item has been delivered to you , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@grocerygram.in .Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Processing:

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In all cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 48 hours. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues or any other reason – it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/ SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
